Your fitness training sessions can combine any number of the following exercises.
- Weight lifting – working with barbells, dumbbells free weights to tone and firm the body.
- Circuit training – combination of exercises in a short period of time targeting weight loss. Going from one exercises to next, five to ten exercises, short break, repeating those exercises. Keep heart rate up optimizing fat burning. Outdoor or indoor, weights, no weights. it’s flexible. Electrify your fat!
- Kettle bells (picture): Functional movement in power lifting format. Similar to power lifting. Less impact on your joints than straight barbell. Good for corework. Intense toning and firming.

- Core training: Core training is another term for gut removal! Using physioball (balance ball) half balls (bosus) for balance and exercises to help increase core stability.
- Functional training: Fun intense total body movement! We’ll do things like lunges, jump squat with a press, lunges. Exercises without weights.
- Boxing: Boxing is a great cardio exercise and great for toning. If you want Michelle Obama arms, boxing is the way to go!
- Bootcamp-style training: Is military-style exercises but with less yelling!
